The short version: Use SellTheClick for legitimate ad research. Don't abuse the system. We'll do our best to keep it running well.

Agreement

By using SellTheClick ("the Service"), operated by TDI Commons ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What the Service does

SellTheClick is an AI-powered tool that helps you analyze competitor ads, discover winning creative angles, and identify gaps in your ad strategy. We use publicly available data from ad libraries and AI models to generate reports.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure
One account per person — no sharing accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

Free and Pro plans

Free plan: Limited scans per month. We may change the free limits at any time.
Pro plan: Paid upgrade with higher limits. Payment is handled by Razorpay or Stripe.
All payments are final. No refunds unless required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing Pro users.

What you can do

Use the Service for legitimate ad research and competitive analysis
Use insights from reports to improve your own ad campaigns
Share your own reports with your team

What you cannot do

Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs commercially
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Exceed rate limits or abuse API endpoints

AI-generated content

Reports and analyses are generated by AI. They are meant to help inform your decisions, not replace your judgment. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated insights.

Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our responsibilities

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and working
We will protect your data using industry-standard security practices
We will notify you of major changes to the Service or these terms

Limitations

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any losses from using the Service, including business decisions made based on AI-generated reports.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make major changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
